Recommendation Forms

 

The student applicant is responsible for making sure two recommenders submit this form in English by the deadline. 

Your recommenders should fit the following qualifications:

• be known to you currently (forms must be completed within the six months preceding your application) 

• at least one recommender should be a staff member or instructor at PSU (both forms may not be completed by references from your home country).

• advisors or staff from the Office of International Student and Scholar Services at PSU may not be used as recommenders.

• peers, family, and friends may not be used as recommenders.

• at least one recommender should be from a source who can speak to your academic performance.
