Biography: I was born in Kuala Lumpur, a busy city in Malaysia. In Malaysian society, there are Malay culture, a Chinese culture, an Indian culture, a Eurasian culture, along with the cultures of the indigenous groups of the peninsula and north Borneo. Therefore, it happened that I have to adapt to different cultures, habits, and even languages. The multicultural shaped me to become a curious person. After that, I decided to study in the US to pursue my dream.

At first, I studied at Clark College, which is located in Vancouver, Washington. After I completed my associate degree, then I transferred to Portland State University. In Portland State University, I get to know a lot of unique people from different backgrounds, and that is what has been motivating me to keep furthering my professional and self-development.

During summer, I studied in Japan for three months. I learned about their languages, their cultures, and the way they live. I realized that how an insignificant daily habit can easily change the way people think or act.

When I just reached here, I found that not many people have a basic understanding of where Malaysia is and what are the distinctive parts of it. Therefore, it makes me believe that introducing the beauty part of Malaysia to the people around me is one of the best practice of marketing skill that I can learn.
