ICSP Information for Students
ICSP Students are the ultimate ambassadors of their cultures in Portland! If you have a passion for culture sharing and you want to gain public speaking and leadership skills, ICSP is a great program for you!
The International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) is a scholarship program for F-1 visa international students. PSU students who are selected as ICSP participants receive a partial tuition scholarship each term in the form of a tuition remission award. As part of the ICSP, students complete at least 90 hours of cultural service per academic year.
The ICSP is a highly competitive scholarship because there are only between 18-20 students accepted at any given time. ICSP members receive $3,450 tuition remission per term for fall, winter, and spring.
