Hello, my name is Imane and I’m an International Student from Morocco. I’m a new member of the International Cultural Service program at Portland State University. Upon graduting with a Bachelors in the US, I decided to continue my academic journey at PSU. This upcoming year will be my second year at PSU, and I’m pursuing a master’s degree in Computer Science.
Being part of the International student body has become in its own right a crucial part of my student identity but also cultural identity. I have grown to look up to my peers who continue to excel in their journeys while significantly contributing to their surrounding communities. 
I’m very excited to join the ICSP program, and hope to bring my academic, cultural and professional experiences to better assist the International Student Community at PSU.
