Being a minority in her own country shapes her to be a person who respects other people from different cultures and backgrounds. Her dream is to be an internationally acclaimed musician that collaborates her culture with popular/western culture. Tarian Jawa (Javanese Dance), her composition that turns the piano sound into gamelan was widely recognized by national TV, magazine, and newspaper and was internationally premiered in Italy. She also wants to found a performing arts school for the underprivileged children and teenagers around the world.
Lifia came to the United States to pursue a Bachelor in Music at PSU in 2014. She is the Director of Culture, Social, Sports, and Education of PERMIAS Nasional (Indonesian Students Organization in the US).
